How can I track my parcel?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be packaged and shipped as soon as possible. As soon as it is received by the postal service, we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email with a tracking link. If you have not received a tracking link, send an email to email@example.com and provide your order number. Please write “Missing Tracking” in the subject line of your email for quick processing. We will send you the missing tracking link as soon as possible.

If you placed an order in Mako Design but didn’t receive an order confirmation email, you may have provided us with the wrong email address. Please contact us using the contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update your order information so that you can receive an order confirmation.
What if I change my mind about making a purchase?
Contact us as soon as possible through our contact form or send an email to email@example.com. If we have not yet packed your order, we can cancel it immediately. If the goods have already been packaged and shipped, you must first receive them and send them back to us in return, see the information below.
Plexiglass blurry. How is this possible?
Plexiglass in our frames is protected by a plastic film, do not forget to remove it before use. We use this film to protect plexiglass during storage and transportation.
Can I return the posters and request a refund if I have already unpacked them?
No, after they have been unpacked, you cannot return them. We only accept products in original condition.
If the frames are still in our packaging and you want to return them, read the information below in the “How to make a return?” Section.
In case of damage after unpacking, please send us a complaint to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to photograph the damage and attach it to the claim email.
In case of damage to the packaging of the goods during transportation, please do not accept such goods in the delivery service without inspection in the presence of the delivery service employee. If the goods are damaged, ask for an act describing the damage and your refusal to accept the goods. Only in this case we can replace the goods or refund you.
How do I make a refund?
When returning goods, you are responsible for postage and shipping costs. The package must be packaged exactly as when you received it from us. Important! Posters should be in a protective tube, and should not be wrinkled during transport. Let us know via contact form or e-mail: email@example.com what you return and what is the reason for your return, together with your order number. In case of damage, always attach photos of damage in your message. This is necessary for damage to the packaging and for items in the package!
The buyer is responsible for the condition of the goods until he reaches us in the store.
